Returns BajanBoost.com does not assume responsibility for the refund for or return of ordered item(s) from the store as we are in association with Amazon who you will have to inform of your situation relating to returns or refunds. Therefore any matters relative to the clause must be addressed by Amazon.
However, if you have purchased items from the online store on BajanBoost.com you may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Amazon has stated that they would also pay the return shipping costs, in the case whereby the return was a result of their error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund from Amazon within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please be informed that items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
